The Green ATACAMA Sneakers also incorporate Burel, a 100% wool cloth crafted by a 4th generation family-owned certified Artesanal Production Unit located in Manteigas, Serra da Estrela. This traditional process transforms wool into a tightly woven, waterproof fabric known for its exceptional resistance and durability.
The ultra-light sole made from ecological EVA provides outstanding cushioning and flexibility, while the natural bio leather lining offers superior comfort with antibacterial properties. This green material is heavy metal-free and fully compostable, breaking down within 2 to 3 weeks to serve as natural compost.
